The professional cellist has figured out exactly what we all need right now – our favorite songs from TV shows, movies and video games, arranged in 8- or 10-part cello compositions, performed entirely by her.
Samara Ginsberg has arranged and performed her own classic approaches to a wide range of themes suitable for computer geeks, fromThunder Cats ,Air Wolf andLois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman to the video gameChrono Trigger . However, start with theKnight Rider ; Knight Rider is incredible.
Some of the many Ginsbergs performing each song carry most of the musical weight, while other Ginsbergs have smaller ancillary parts. But put it all together, eight or ten Ginsbergs create beautiful – even catchy – versions of some of our most nostalgic theme songs.
