If you’ve always dreamed of becoming a gymnast, or putting gymnastics at the top of your list of your favorite Olympic sports, the good news is that champion gymnast and four-time Olympic champion Simone Biles is streaming a free live stream. lesson and Q&A session tonight (June 24) on MasterClass Live .
The platform also has a basic 17-lesson course with instructions from Biles for each gymnastic activity (subscription required).
Biles won gold at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in the all-around, vault and freestyle, as well as the team event in the Final Five. She also received a bronze medal for her performance on the balance beam and is a five-time world champion in the overall championship.
