Take Free Cooking Classes From Michelin-Star Chef Massimo Bottura
If you’re preparing dinner at home, rather than ordering takeout or delivery this week, Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura has a treat for you: he teaches cooking classes on Instagram.
He calls the show “Kitchen Quarantine.”
The series is broadcast in English, although Bottura’s native language is Italian, so it can reach the largest number of viewers. He also asks Q&A on Instagram after the show to answer any questions that come up while watching:
The first three episodes of the show included lessons on how to cook Thai curry, warm bollito salad and tortellini.
You can watch the show live on Bottura’s Instagram page every day at 3 p.m. ET .
If you can’t watch during the day, Pellegrino uploads recordings of the live stream from Instagram to YouTube for you to watch later. We’ve included one of the first three below. You can check the rest on the Pelligrino website .
