Where to Rent, Buy or Watch Oscar Nominated Films This Year

The nominations for this year’s Academy Awards were announced this week. With 11 nominations, The Joker was a clear favorite among voters, nominated for both Best Picture and Lead starring Joaquin Phoenix. The Joker was followed by films such as ” 1917″ and ” Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” by Quentin Tarantino, both of which received 10 nominations. Little Women also received six nominations, although Greta Gerwig was rejected by voters for Best Director. (Despite the early Oscar hype , Jennifer Lopez also neglected her role in the Hustlers, leading to criticism of the Oscars for her lack of variety.)
