Which Restaurants and Shops Are Open in New Year 2020
Today is New Year’s, which means that many of the shops, restaurants and businesses you usually visit will be closed.
Whether you’re looking to mail a letter, do a personal bank transaction, visit a national park, or borrow a book from the library, you’re probably out of luck. At the same time, a number of enterprises will be open either all day long or at a shorter time.
Here is a rundown of some of the major national networks that will open today. While we cannot list all the small local businesses here, your favorite local establishment may be open as well. Before leaving, you can simply check their website or call ahead.
As far as restaurants go, you can double check as well. Some fast food chains in particular are franchises, so while the entity may have chosen to stay open, your local store may have other plans.
