Buy a One-Way Holiday Flight at the Border for Just $ 19 Today

If you’re still looking for a holiday plane ticket, you might want to work on getting it this weekend. From now on, prices are expected to rise only for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, you can still get deals on some flights.

I decided to drive home at the last minute for Thanksgiving this week and was shocked to find that Frontier was offering one-way country flights for $ 39 on my route the week before Turkey Day. I ended up ditching this flight option because of its duration (over 15 hours), but I was still impressed that it was an option.

If you’re open to flying the Frontier and perhaps have a longer than usual day of travel, then this could be a great option to find this holiday planet ticket, especially with the 22 new routes it just added. Here’s a complete list:

• Newark (EWR) to Las Vegas (LAS), Miami (MIA), Orlando (MCO) and San Juan (SJU)

• Cincinnati (CVG) to New Orleans (MSY)

• Orlando (MCO) to Green Bay (CRB) and Kansas City (MCI)

• Roles (RDU) – Atlanta (ATL)

• Sarasota (SRQ) – Trenton (TTN)

• Tampa (TPA) – San Juan (SJU)

• Las Vegas (LAS) to Portland (PDX), Reno Tahoe (RNO), Seattle (SEA) and Santa Ana (SNA)

• Miami (MIA) to Boston (BOS), Detroit (DTW), Hartford (BDL), Newark (EWR) and San Juan (SJU)

• from Phoenix (PHX) to Detroit (DTW), Fargo (FAR), San Diego (SAN) and Salt Lake City (SLC)

If you book one of the new flights before Sunday, you can get a $ 29 one-way ticket. Frontier is also offering a $ 19 one-way special on select other flights right now, so there’s a good chance you might be able to find a deal even if one of the new routes isn’t what you want. Most itineraries have blackout dates, so if you buy a holiday ticket, you may have to be prepared to spend a few extra days at your destination. For example, from Atlanta to Tampa, the dates close on November 27th and 30th, and December 1st, so you just need to make this Thanksgiving trip from Tuesday to Sunday.

Also keep in mind that flying the Frontier is not in vain. If you want to drop off your suitcase or choose a special seat, be prepared to pay for it. Depending on how much you add, this low-cost ticket may come close to what you would pay with another airline.
