But you need to think quickly and be ready for a quick escape. You have to buy your ticket before the end of the day on October 31st and you have to go on a Halloween trip. The $ 31 fares are blue fares that don’t include checked baggage (this will cost you $ 30). However, the $ 31 fare shown for each flight already includes government taxes and fees, so you won’t get any nasty surprises when it’s time to pay.
