Get Free Online SAT and ACT Classes Starting Next Week
You may have heard that college is expensive. There are, of course, tuition fees, room and board, textbooks, an incredible amount of food consumed. But it can also be expensive to just try to get into college. Before you even go shopping for dorm room decor, the junior should be accepted into the school of his choice. And in order to be accepted, he must score a decent SAT or ACT score.
Tutors varsity , which primarily helps students combine students with online and personal tutors, recognizes that we can not bring Lori Loughlin, our children did in college. Our children will need to really prove that they are ready for this, and in part this means passing the SAT or ACT. To help them prepare for the big tests, the tech company is offering free online SAT and ACT courses starting next week.
The next ACT classes will begin on September 24th and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Central Time (this is from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm for those of us on the East Coast).
The next SAT classes will begin on September 30 and will run every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Central Time (7:00 pm to 9:30 pm ET).
Each class will include:
- Ten live sessions
- Access to the mobile application
- Test preparation e-book
- A program that measures their level of proficiency in various concepts.
- Complete practice exams
- Weekly office hours to ask questions or get personalized help
Another round of classes will be available in December. Students can enroll here .
Schools requiring standardized testing upon application will accept any test result; Which one your student chooses may depend on where you live. In different parts of the country, one preference is given to another – you can ask a school counselor or a college admissions counselor for advice.
Or, your student can do great on both tests to increase their chances of succeeding in either test. Higher scores can also increase their chances of earning a merit-based scholarship, which would be nice too.
