HBO Airs Its Sunday Shows Earlier Than Labor Day Weekend [update: They’re Here]
Updated: 8/30/2019 11:00 AM ET: As of Friday morning, the new episodes are already streaming on HBO Go and HBO Now.
Earlier: HBO is airing the next episode of its three Sunday night shows early in Labor Day weekend. Each show will be available to stream on HBO Go and HBO Now during normal airtime, but on Friday night, not Sunday. (Shows will be televised over the cable network on Sunday as usual.)
The early air date refers to the lineup of three HBO shows on Sunday night:
- Episode 4 of The Legacy season will air on 9 / 8c.
- The Righteous Gemstones s1e3 will go online at 10 / 9c.
- Ballers s5e2 will go online at 10: 30/9: 30c.
Those of us who prefer to go to bed early on work evenings are grateful for the opportunity to watch our Friday night shows. If you decide to wait until Sunday to watch your shows, this is your warning: turn off social media keywords to avoid spoilers.
It is highly recommended to dance around the house with the song “Successioooon!” to the melody “Tradition” from the opera ” Fiddler on the Roof” . We have not watched balls or gems and therefore cannot advise you on awkward ways to sing about these shows.
