How to Clear a Weed Tube
Legal, recreational cannabis arrives in more states with every election, which means more people may want to try it. To help these weed-fighting newbies (including most of the Lifehacker staff), we’ve covered all the beginner basics.
In this video, John Short of California Alternative Caregivers in Venice, California shows you how to clean your pipe properly. All you need is a Ziploc bag and some pipe cleaner. (If you don’t have one, some rubbing alcohol and coarse salt will do.) Simply immerse the tubing in the liquid in the bag and shake until all the burnt particles are gone.
Then wash off in warm water, pat dry and you’re ready to catch fire again!
