If you have an HBO subscription through HBO Now, a standalone HBO app, it’s easy to cancel. To get rid of the service, you just need to launch the app, go to Settings, then Billing Information, and then select Unsubscribe.
This is where you can turn off your subscription, which means you can use it for the rest of the month (or whenever your billing cycle starts), but you won’t be charged again for it.
iTunes
If your HBO Now subscription is paid for through iTunes, you need to go to the App Store on your device and then select the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen under the Today tab.
