How Was the Resistance Band Fitness Challenge?

We’ve been experimenting with resistance bands all month , but to be honest, I haven’t found a single new exercise that I really liked. Maybe it’s because most of my bands are smaller loops which are great for some lower body exercises and more.

Some people enjoy exercising with an expander in a hotel room; I traveled twice this month and just couldn’t get into it. I prefer to go to the hotel gym to work out with dumbbells.

But if I was working on pull-ups orscandinavian curls , resistance bands (long) would be indispensable tools. Like everything else, the usefulness of this tool depends on your goals.

So, as you weigh up this month’s challenge, I’m curious about what goals you have that we can strive towards in the future. Are you trying to lift more, run faster, strengthen a specific body part?
