Start Your Weekend With Good News

The news is usually bad, but the news is good today. In fact, the news is so good that it makes me thirsty, and I would like to invite all of you to join me. To celebrate the good news running through my body, I mix a strong yet sumptuous whiskey-based cocktail that I call – unsurprisingly – “Good News.”

The proportions of this drink were given to me by my good friend and favorite bartender Dan Casto, which I really appreciate, since I spent most of this week trying to create good news, and it was nice of him to make my life easier. work load. Plus it’s a very good cocktail. It’s sweet, slightly herbal, and – considering it doesn’t play in terms of strength – it’s surprisingly easy to drink. To make it yourself, you will need:

  • 2 ounce bottled bourbon in bonds
  • 1/2 ounce cinar
  • 1/2 ounce benedictine

Pour everything into a glass filled with ice and stir until it cools well. Pull yourself over the big rock and celebrate the good news.
