What’s in Store for and Out of Netflix in the Week of January 21, 2019
I’m in awe of Black Earth Rising (Friday), a BBC drama about a Rwandan genocide survivor who becomes a human rights lawyer and ends up working on a case involving an African militia leader. For some reason, John Goodman is involved, which is odd for a UK show, but I’m not complaining.
I’m probably the only one of us looking forward to the documentary series Conversations with the Killer: Ted Bundy’s Tapes on Thursday, but Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation arrives the same day, so that should satisfy you predatory cats. for whom the serial killer’s promise of “death row audio” sounds too bad.
