Why You Should Be Saving Every Drop of Bacon Fat

There is only one correct way to “get rid” of bacon fat, and that is to eat it. While it’s a fantastic frying oil, especially for eggs and bread, it also makes excellent mayonnaise, a rich and salty complex butter, and a truly excellent salad dressing.
