How to Download the New Google Pixel 3 Wallpaper Now

Wallpaper for Google’s next phone, Pixel 3, is open. The latest in a series of leaks around the phone ahead of the October 9th unveiling of the Google Monument Event, MySmartPrice has received a full set of ” responsive” 3px desktop wallpapers that shift when you tilt your phone and move when you play music.

What’s more, MySmartPrice and host Ishan Agarwal made the wallpaper available for download via Google Drive and Mega . For the next two weeks, your phone may look like a phone that hasn’t even been shown to the general public yet … officially.

If you’re not interested in digging into Disk, here are a few of my favorites.

Anyone can download the images and use them as static wallpapers, but unfortunately there are more requirements to make them responsive. According to numerous posts , you can only set up adaptive motion on phones running Android Pie and the Google Wallpapers app, which you can download via the APK in the mega file. (The APK is present in the Google Drive file, but reports suggest that the version has a download limit that has already been reached.)

Technically, there hasn’t been definitive evidence that this wallpaper will ship with the Pixel 3, or that this is the entire launch of standard responsive wallpapers. However, people use them, so we know they work, which seems like everything most people need. Plus they look pretty neat.

Stay tuned for more news on responsive wallpapers (and the Pixel 3) when Google unveils the phone next month.
