How to Cancel Your MoviePass Subscription
Over the past few weeks, many MoviePass users have thought about clicking the unsubscribe button. However, to some of them, this process did not seem as intuitive as they thought.
Users who signed in to the app and entered a written reason for cancellation found that when they did, they were unable to click the “Unsubscribe” button to complete the removal from the service, Business Insider notes .

To unsubscribe, you must select one of these options, even if it is not a specific reason why you decided to leave the ship.
If you’re ready to sign out of the service, you’ll first need to click the Account button on the main app screen, then select Account Information and then Plan and Billing Information. You will see a Cancel button next to your monthly plan. Click on it, select a reason from the drop-down menu and click the cancel button to exit.
Keep in mind that if you decide to sign out, you will not be able to connect to the service again for the next 9 months. Therefore, if MoviePass changes the situation, you will not be able to join again until this time expires.
