Discover Airbnb’s Worth Visiting on Every New Browser Tab
Chrome: If you’re a travel lover, or better yet, need a little inspiration to plan your next trip, you’ll love the Random bnb Chrome extension. It’s incredibly simple, but it reminds you perfectly that there are great places in the world where you can stop right now, and in some cases not even spend a small fortune on incredible experiences. You just need to find them, and that’s where Random bnb comes in.
Install an extension that requires no special permissions other than simply replacing the default New Tab page with its own. When you do, every new tab you open in Chrome will display a new random Airbnb list. You will receive a short description of the ad at the top of the tab, the price, and a photo on the left. You can’t see the full photos of the ad yet, but you can always click on the title to find out more.
And since you most likely don’t have any knowledge of the geography of the world like Carmen Sandiego, Random bnb also displays a small map at the bottom of your tab. Hover over it and it pops up a bit to show you roughly where the listing is on Airbnb.
Future versions of the expansion may include a way to get to your favorite places you want to explore further, as well as flight or driving data to get there.
