Nobody likes to spend $ 50 on a cable that replaces the one that comes with a smartphone, tablet, or other device that drains the battery. You know, a cable that you can’t find, one that is oddly worn out, or one that your loving pet chewed to pieces. While you might be tempted to go for a super budget replacement, take the old advice first: if something is too good (or too cheap) to be true, chances are it is (crappy or fake cable).
