How to Take Part in Fitness Trail Competitions Even If You Can’t Find Fitness Routes

We asked you to go in search of fitness tracks , and many of you found them in your local parks. But if you’ve searched all over the place and didn’t find one, we still have outdoor workout ideas for you to do.

  • Enjoy more modern outdoor training equipment. They may not be a classic fitness track, but some parks have shiny new machines like these near the playgrounds. You can find outdoor elliptical trainers, overhead stretchers, and more. In between exercises, consider jogging in the exercise area.
  • Working out on the playground is always fun . If you haven’t tried monkey bars in a while, guess what – now that you are an adult, they are much more complicated. You can try inverted pulls while holding onto the seat of the swing, which is a great alternative to pull-ups if you’re still working on them. We have a few suggestions for workouts in the playground , or just get creative.
  • Bodyweight training can complete the rest. In between exercises on the playground or on the machine, remember that there is a whole world of exercises that only use your body. Try push-ups, bear crawls, lunges, bench push-ups, and more , as well as jogging or jumping between them for a little cardio.
