How do you get around and enjoy yourself? How do you navigate the laws and customs of the city? (What is the best way to eat during Ramadan when restaurants close between sunrise and sunset?) What changes do tourists need to make and how free they can be about local laws?

For those of us who don’t have millions to burn, are there ways to spend a little and feel luxurious? Can you visit and enjoy Dubai without spending a lot of money?
