What Should We Bake Next?

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Will It Casserole , a column where we see what dishes, dishes and cuisines can be reimagined and turned into casseroles.

I love making casseroles, and you all love to tell me which casseroles to make, but I have to say that I’m restrainedly chock full of all the delicious concepts we still need to bake. Given that we still have a lot of old ideas to implement, let’s pick one of these three popular options before coming up with new ones. Here are the contenders:

  • Philadelphia Cheese Steak Casserole . Everyone seems to agree that American cheeses or Whiz are the right cheeses to use here, although one person in Philadelphia said provolone would work too, and another said provolone was the ONLY way out. I feel like I’m going to be yelled at whatever I choose, but that’s just a fraction of what I’m on the Internet.
  • Food court casserole: I’m starting to have nightmares about this, so maybe we should just get this out of the way. A casserole with a food trolley is also an option that will be similar, but perhaps not as painful.
  • Complete British Fried Casserole: We haven’t made a breakfast casserole yet and would be a great place to start.

So let’s try to choose one of them. Choose the first or third option if you love me, and the second if you like to see me struggle. (I like to fight, so I won’t be upset.)
