Exercise Flexibility With These Dynamic Stretches

Stretching for 30 seconds isn’t the only way to improve your flexibility – it’s just a way that many of us are used to. Dynamic stretching is another approach that combines gentle stretches with movements that also often challenge your balance or strength.

This combination makes dynamic stretching ideal for a strength or cardio workout, as you end up warmed up and ready to go. If you hate stretching or find it boring, be sure to try dynamic stretching. Here is one of our favorite treatments:
