You Are at the Home Stretch in a Push-up Competition.

In literally a week, the February push-up challenge will be over, and we can compare notes on how the month went for each of us. So here’s the start line for the finish line: how are you? Do you feel ready?

Now is a good time to imagine where you want to be next week. What have you achieved so far? What do you think is a reasonable target for the end of the month? I am doing more good push-ups in each set than before, but by next week I would like to get solid jump / clap push-ups on video. And you?

And while we’re at it, what challenge do you hope I take in March? I have a few ideas, but I would like to know what you most want to try.
