Use These Keyboards Instead of Swype
Swype, one of our favorite keyboards for Android and iOS , is dead . Fast Company calls it the end of an era . But we have some replacements for Swype lovers who still want to type with gestures.
On Android, it’s best to opt for SwiftKey , which has typing and smart text that caters to your habits. Or try Google’s ever-improving default keyboard ; he has been swiping for years.
On iOS, SwiftKey works great, but my favorite is Google’s Gboard . Both offer swipe input and smart tutorial text. Gboard also lets you find emojis by name or search Google on your keyboard.
