Check Your MacBook Battery Using This App

Check the number of cycles
The battery cycle counter increments every time you fully charge the battery, whether all at once or over several days. Fully charging a dead MacBook? This is one cycle. You can see how many cycles your battery has gone through by looking at the system information. Click the apple icon in the menu, choose About This Mac, and choose System Information.
