Use Google Express to Shop at Costco Without a Membership
Two things keep me from shopping at Costco: I don’t have a membership card and I don’t have a car to take my things home. If you’re on a similar boat, Google Express has a solution for both problems.
Solution Part One: Google Express includes shipping for an additional $ 5 fee (depending on store), but sometimes orders that meet the store’s minimum requirements, usually $ 25 or $ 35, are free to ship. For Costco, orders over $ 25 are a convenient bar when buying in bulk – free shipping.
Solution Part Two: You can shop at Costco through Google Express even if you are not a Costco member . (Thanks to Apartment Therapy for the tip.) There is a 10% “access fee” for non-members, but if you shop smart, you still save money even with this add-on. There are no free samples, but you can do it all from the couch, which is probably a fair deal.
