Making your home smart has never been so cheap. Google announced Monday that it is offering big discounts on its voice-activated smart speakers and other connected gadgets on Black Friday.
All of these offers begin early Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 23) at 12:01 AM ET and end at 2:59 PM ET on Tuesday, November 28th.
Google Home Mini ($ 19)
The Google Home Mini is already priced at $ 49 (that’s the same price as Amazon’s Echo Dot), but will drop $ 30 on Black Friday. For starters, Google drops the price to $ 29 when you buy it from Google Store, Target, or Best Buy. Plus, you’ll get $ 10 in your store bill when you pick up one.
So if you’re planning on buying anything else from Google, Target, or Best Buy this year, you’ll save $ 30 on the Home Mini.

Google Home ($ 79)
Google is offering an even bigger discount on the larger (and more expensive) Google Home. The speaker usually costs $ 129, but on Black Friday you can get it from Google, Target, or Best Buy for $ 79. That’s $ 50 off.
Sure, it’s still more expensive than the Google Home Mini, but if you want a smart speaker that can fill your room with sound, this is the model for you.

Chromecast and Chromecast Audio ($ 25)
Finally, Google saves $ 10 on both Chromecast and Chromecast Audio.
A regular Chromecast is an easy and cheap way to cast video to your TV at home. It’s also great for travel if you want to watch Netflix on your hotel room TV.

Chromecast Audio does the same thing, only for speakers. You can use the dongle to enable wireless connection to your old sound system. If you go for the Google Home Mini, it’s worth grabbing Chromecast Audio as well, as the pint-sized smart speaker doesn’t have a headphone jack to manually connect to older speakers.
