Use Location-Based Reminders to Break Bad Habits
You (fool): “Reminders are good.” Me (wise): “Reminders – about bad things.”
Use location-based reminders on your phone to remind yourself not to get addicted to bad habits. When you leave your favorite panel, be reminded to go back and close the tab. Or, when you stumble in the first place, be reminded to try to drink less. Set up anti-reminders at your ex’s home, an expensive restaurant, or a store you shop too often.
