At your mark, get ready to watch this movie for rent on iTunes! ITunes has better, or at least newer, features than streaming services, but the cost of renting is not only monetary, but temporary. ITunes rentals last 30 days, but as soon as you hit play, a harder countdown begins.
It used to be that if you fell asleep, got interrupted, or had some other reason to pause, you only had 24 hours – from the time you started watching the movie – to finish watching before the end of the run. Or maybe you are a parent and breathe a sigh of relief as you come to the end of the 24 hour Moana chant .
Well, the good news (or bad news – sorry parents) is that you now have 48 hours to finish or re-watch the movie.
