To Suppress Sneezing, Press Your Tongue Against the Roof of Your Mouth.

Suppressing sneezing can be the cleanest and simplest bodily hacking. We’ve already published a couple of methods (pulling the nose, sticking a finger under it, or biting the lip), but instead, I’ve always relied on pressing my tongue against the palate. (You can also tickle instead of pressing .)
