Try These Stretches Even If You Are Not Flexible

If you are adamant, you may feel like there is no point in stretching. But how will you ever become more flexible without stretching? A session like the one shown in today’s video might help.

The video is 20 minutes long, but if you are short on time, click the gear in the lower right corner and set the speed to 1.5 or double. After all, these are static stretches, so you’ll just cut the length of each in half. Feel free to buy extra time by continuing each exercise while your host, Niko, explains the next one.

Stretches start off easy and then get to the point where they might seem daunting, but not like you’re about to rip muscles off your bones. Stretch gently; it still works and you will feel great after that.

Difficulty : beginner.

Modifications : Make each stretch as far as you think possible, but no further.

Equipment : No.
