Day 1: Conquer Your First Pole Class

For most of us thinking of a new workout, hobby, or side project, just getting started is often the biggest barrier to entry. What equipment do I need? What’s the etiquette in a boxing gym? Am I going to screw up badly, get hurt, ask an obvious question, or otherwise look ridiculous?

In the new Lifehacker video series, Day 1, we explore what it means to be a newbie in a variety of potentially daunting situations, starting with a field session.
