Today, millionaire Hoi shares a workout from his pre-millionaire days, when he worked at Nordstrom’s and dived into the fitting room for a quick workout during his break. (He says he chose movements that didn’t make him sweat too much, but since then he seems to have stepped up the workout; by the end he’s dripping.)

The workout includes squats, lunges and deflection push-ups (feet on a chair, hands on the floor). Hoi offers mods for anything that might be overwhelming, and you can always take a few seconds to catch your breath. Enjoy!
