Will It Be Sous Vide? Let’s Pick a Different Theme!

Hello friends, and welcome back to yet another session on topic picking forWill It Sous Vide? , a weekly column where I do whatever you want with my immersion circulator.

After preparing the yummy duck legs and breast and whipping the creamy chocolate ice cream, I’m ready for some great new ideas of yours. Here are some of mine to help you unleash your creativity:

  • Another, more complex ice cream flavor: We could make mint chips with tempered sous-vide chocolate, or we could add some booze directly to the dough.
  • Bison: Someone suggested this a few weeks ago due to the low fat content.
  • Pork Loin: Considering how good sous vide pork chops are, I can’t imagine it being bad.
