You Can Create 120 Different Outfits Using Just 14 Items.

Dressing to impress is fine, but you don’t have to spend a fortune on an impressive wardrobe to do so. In fact, you really only need 14 items.

The concept of “uniforms,” meaning wearing the same clothes every day to save time and mental energy , isn’t new, but it’s more achievable and more stylish than you might imagine. At the Real Men Real Style show, Antonio Centeno demonstrates how a little math transforms a few basic pieces of clothing into the perfect changeable wardrobe. If you are, for example, a man, all you need is:

  • 2 jackets: blue, black or brown.
  • 5 shirts in five different colors (one must be white)
  • 2 ties, two different colors
  • 3 pants: one khaki, one black, one blue
  • 2 pairs of shoes in two different styles and / or colors

2 x 5 x 2 x 3 x 2 = 120 suit combinations

Just don’t forget the belt! However, this concept is not exclusive to men. You can do the same with multiple skirts and a pretty dress if you like. And when you’re only worried about a few wardrobe items, you can spend a little more on each item, which actually saves you a lot of hassle in the long run . So stop trying to expand your wardrobe and try to create the perfect set of combinations and combinations out of it.
