This Trick Will Make Your Push-Ups Fair.

With the right push-ups, you fully sink to the ground, but it is easy to trick you by only half-sinking. To make sure you are doing your best and benefit from every rep, raise your arms every time your chest touches the floor.

Stretch your arms out to the sides, as shown in the video, and you have no doubt if you really went deep enough. It also gives you a second of rest, so when you push off it’s like a new first rep over and over – no more swinging up and down with bad form.

If you are used to doing shallower push-ups, this technique can be difficult at first. But rest assured, this way you do better push-ups, even if you can’t do that many reps.
