This Extension Changes the Order of Chrome Tabs Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Chrome: Reorder Tabs allows you to move Chrome tabs in an open window using keyboard shortcuts. This is a pretty simple and convenient way to organize them if you have a lot of tabs open. The default shortcuts are good, but if you don’t like them, you can customize them and add your own.

After setting Ctrl + Shift + Left on macOS or Shift + Alt + Left on Windows, it will move tabs to the left of the current Chrome window. Use the same keystrokes and the right arrow to move the tabs to the right. If you prefer your own shortcuts, you can overwrite the defaults on the extension’s settings page. That’s all there is to it, and the add-in also works with pinned tabs. Download it from the Chrome Web Store below.
