If you’ve ever wanted to run for a local government office, be it a seat on the local community college council or a seat in the Senate, now is a good time to do so. Run for Office is a site that shows you what positions are available, when they are available, and how to work.
When you enter your address, Run for Office gives you a list of all positions available in your county and the date for the next election. Click on one of them, and you will be shown a job description, salary, if any, and you will receive a registration link if it is currently open. Once you sign up, you’re on your own, but Launch for Office is a great starting point to see what options you have.
