The tool, called Lock Screen Reflection, is a very simple tiny application. Run it once and it will automatically take your latest lock screen image and turn it into wallpaper. You can also use it as a command line tool to set wallpaper, or to save your favorite images to another folder for use later. It’s much easier than digging into a hidden folder . Naturally, you need to enable Windows Spotlight in the settings if you want to use it. If you have disabled lock screen images, please enable it again before using this app.
