Turn Leftover Panettone Into Delicious French Toast

Pannetone is a delicious Italian bread with fruit accents that makes the perfect Christmas present, but you may have gotten more than you should have this holiday season. If you’re looking for a way to eat this delicious loaf, you might find some festive French toast in the future.

The video above has all the details, but French toast with panettone is made in much the same way as regular French toast, with one caveat. Due to its soft, slightly brittle nature, soaking bread in batter is a breakfast disaster recipe, so just let it dip quickly before sautéing it in a lot of butter and (hopefully) tipping it with whipped cream.
