Zenkit Helps You Organize Complex Projects in Simple, Straightforward Steps

No matter which productivity system or method you prefer, Zenkit is a versatile web application that can help you manage your large projects and activities using the system that works for you. It’s free (it’s still in beta), but it looks good – minimalistic and not distracting, but powerful on the inside.

At first glance, Zenkit looks completely naked (although there is a very helpful tutorial video to help you get started), but once you start creating projects that you need to manage, it really does open up. When you start adding tasks and breaking down your project into steps you can take, you can assign specific due dates for each of your items and manage your entire to-do list in a simple list, view them all in a table that is organized according to things to do and when, see them all on a calendar that you and everyone you work with can interact with, or arrange them as tiles in a Kanban-style flow that lets you see what’s on deck, what is approaching, and that is complete.

If you have a “team” that you need to manage, you can add them, but for more practical, individual purposes, if you have someone with whom you work on a project, be it neighbors in a community garden or family members planning to reunite, they can collaborate with you on Zenkit projects. If you’d rather be in control of your own affairs, that’s okay too.

Follow the link below to give it a try. I found this particularly promising and refreshing – while there are more than enough simple apps to get you done, it’s nice to see something new that not only does things well, but also helps you organize entire projects.
