Make a Chopsticks Glass Drying Rack

During the holidays, dishes can accumulate and the drying racks can overflow. If you need to dry wine (or other type of) glasses but don’t have room, just grab some chopsticks.

The video below from America’s Test Kitchen shows how to set them up, but it’s too easy. You will need chopsticks with flat sides – the round ones will roll in a circle – and you will need to position them about two inches apart. Place your glasses on top and let the circulating air do its thing.

I know what you’re thinking, “Why can’t I quickly dry them with a kitchen towel?” You could, but you only want to do this with microfiber towels; some towels can scratch the brittle crystals, as can any dust that can dangle in the fibers. Air drying allows the glasses to dry without streaks, scratches or streaks.
