Make a Flavorful Pho Batch With Leftover Turkey

If you have more turkey leftovers left than you think you should do, you can turn them into a delicious Vietnamese noodle soup that’s perfect to eat in the fall .

In this video from YouTube channel ChefSteps, cookbook author Andrea Nguyen shows you how to turn turkey chunks into a super flavorful broth. Rice noodles can’t resist bathing. For broth you need apples, celery, carrots. , cabbage, cilantro, onion, chopped fresh ginger, star anise, cloves, coriander seeds, and cinnamon. You will also need the turkey carcass, but first you need to cut it apart and rinse it. Once the broth is cooked, add a few leftover turkey slices, rice noodles, red onions soaked in water, green onions, and some more cilantro – then dig in.
