5-Minute Workout That Can Be Done in a Hotel Room

Playing sports while traveling is difficult, especially if you are short on time or space. Here’s a quick high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that you can do in your hotel room without any special equipment.

Each movement should be done for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest between sets. Do two sets for each exercise. You can see a demo of all this in the video above.
