Pasta and Cheese Pie Is a Delicious and Delectable Dish Anyone Can Make
And pie, and macaroni and cheese, and a delicious treat. Together, they take comfort food to a whole new level.
The idea came from Justin Chapple, Senior Editor at Food & Wine. He describes the dish that ended in Time:
This pasta pie is a fun mac and cheese mix. Here I use three types of cheese: fontina and cheddar, which melt beautifully, and Parmigiano Reggiano for the crispest edges.
Sold. In the Chappla recipe, you mix cooked spaghetti with cheese, eggs and milk, then add the mixture to the Bundt skillet and bake for about 35 minutes. When it’s cool, turn the pan upside down on a platter, then cut into wedges and serve.
You can also skip the skillet and make a spaghetti pie like Bon Appetit does in the video above; it turns out the same crispy and cheesy. Either way, it looks like the perfect comfort meal and a unique proposition for lunch or Thanksgiving. For more details please follow the link below.
