Will It Be Sous Vide? Let’s Pick a Different Theme!
Hello my lovely kids, and welcome back to yet another session on theme making forWill It Sous Vide? , a weekly column where I do whatever you want with my immersion circulator.
I’m still working on a completely safe cookie dough last week, but no women are waiting for sous video, and we have to move on. Some potential topics:
- Bread Pudding: Karl figured a thing or two with this idea.
- Thanksgiving parties: mashed potatoes, dressing or green bean casserole? (This will be your last chance as there will be a sous vide dedicated to turkey on November 18th.)
- Molten chocolate lava cakes: I think this idea from AG74683 has real potential.
- Bacon: The Food Lab is very supportive of the bacon idea , but I’m still skeptical.
