A 30 Minute Yoga Routine You Can Do Anywhere Without Special Equipment

Exercising when you have little room to move around or any kind of exercise equipment can be tricky, but here is a yoga routine that you can do almost anywhere without any special equipment.

Whether you’re living in a tight space or traveling and stuck in a hotel room, this half-hour routine will help you warm up and relax. Best of all, the minimum you need is a bath towel and a chair.

The main focus of these exercises is on the hip, side, and back stretch with a little core work towards the end. I tried this routine in my small living room and was able to do it with two people side-by-side as movement is limited to an imaginary alley. The routine itself isn’t too stressful, just keep this imaginary alley in mind to work with the space you have.
