How You Can Revisit Your Daily Routine With a 100 Block Grid

The day can be 24 hours long, but you have to sleep. This leaves you with less time you can use each day – around 100 10-minute blocks. This simple exercise will help you determine if you are spending it wisely.

As an exercise, Tim Urban of Wait But Why recommends that you fill in two grids of 100 blocks. The first day should be your perfect one. How many of these blocks are you giving to your family? To my friends? Are you giving yourself enough blocks? Do you have enough blocks focused on your goals? Now create a second grid that accurately represents your yesterday.
