Master Six Questions to Impress in Your Interview

When you are looking for a new job, you want to present yourself as a strong candidate . Demonstrate how you have mastered the Six Questions, basically six key skill areas, and you will be a better candidate.

Try to include specific examples for each of the following skill areas.

  • IQ : This includes skills such as critical or strategic thinking, problem solving, and the big picture.
  • EQ : Social skills that lead to success in the workplace, such as communicating well, resolving conflicts while maintaining relationships, and empathizing with colleagues or clients.
  • PQ : Your passion for working in a company or in a specific industry. This can often mean alignment with the company’s mission or ambition.
  • CQ : Cultural Compliance is the key to successfully working with your team or other parts of the organization.
  • CRQ : Your ability to deal with difficult situations, such as giving feedback or working with difficult colleagues.
  • IMQ : Flexibility and the ability to adapt when things are not going well, including proposing solutions and having successful projects even when they go astray.

Six Qs are definitely slang and over the top, but no matter what they are called, by touching on each of these areas, you show that you are a well-rounded candidate with many skills.
